Designed for use in variable flow primary systems, the SwitchFire boiler is a high-mass, fully condensing boiler constructed of 316L stainless steel. The SwitchFire boiler is designed to handle variable flow pumping, with a low waterside pressure drop and large water volume. With its dual fuel (natural gas and #2 oil) burner capabilities, the SwitchFire is well suited for healthcare applications and other facilities that require redundancy with alternate fuels. This unit integrates Cleaver-Brooks leading heat exchanger, featuring stainless steel EX rifled tubes, with proven burner and controls technology for a robust, reliable, efficient product. The SwitchFire’s burner design allows for efficient, low emissions operation when firing both gaseous fuels and #2 oil.
The Avenger is a two-pass counter flow fire tube commercial boiler for hydronic heating and hot water supply. It features thermal efficiencies of up to 98% and turndown ratios of up to 25:1. Flow switch, pressure relief valve, low gas pressure switch and flame failure contacts are standard on every Avenger. Attributes include:

DynaFlame models range from 500,000 BTU to 6 million BTU. All are available in non-condensing, near-condensing or fully condensing modes. The primary heat exchanger is available in copper/cu-nickel or stainless steel. Flow switch, pressure relief valve, low gas pressure switch and flame failure contacts are standard on every DynaFlame. The Dynaforce has an efficiency rating of up to 99% and features a vertical cylindrical heat exchanger which is constructed entirely of stainless steel. The ClearFire-CE (CFC-E) is a compact, high-mass, fully condensing hydronic boiler, capable of variable-flow pumping, allowing for maximum operating efficiency in a variety of system applications. This unit achieves up to 99% efficiency due to its high-mass firetube construction with AluFer® firetube technology. The burner design offers inherent low emissions with <20 ppm NOx standard, helping meet emissions reduction goals. The ClearFire-CE (CFC-E) is a fully assembled, high-mass firetube condensing boiler with a large-water-volume pressure vessel. The high-mass design equates to a low pressure drop, reducing pumping energy with no minimum flow requirements. The pressure vessel is also thermal shock proof, capable of high-delta-T system designs to maximize condensing and reduce flow rates. The highly effective fireside heating surface with industry leading AluFer tubes leads to superior efficiencies in all operating conditions. The modulating, premix burner control automatically adjusts the air/gas mixture for maximum burner efficiency. The linkageless burner provides fully modulating turndown without the use of complex air/fuel mixing valves. The dual-return connections have the ability to increase condensing in the boiler and raise efficiencies by 6%+ more than a single-return boiler.
